Certificates of Origin are necessary to export goods from California. This is offered at no charge to our members. There is no limit to the amount of certificates a member may have authenticated during the year.
Certificates of Origin prove where a product was manufactured.
Most companies supply their own forms, but you can use the sample from this site. The paperwork should be completely filled out when brought to our office during office hours (M-F 10 to 4). We will stamp and sign for the proof of origin.
Be aware that some nations have strict laws for imports and may require a specific type of Certificate of Origin (for example Israel).
